Frequently Asked Questions
What are Open When Letters for Mother's Day?
Open When Letters for Mother's Day are a set of personalized letters, each labeled for a specific emotional moment or occasion. Your mom keeps them and opens each one when the moment arrives — when she is having a bad day, feeling proud, overwhelmed, or missing you. CelebrateAlly's version creates 12 personalized digital letters based on your relationship with her.
How many letters do I get, and what does it cost?
You get 12 letters, one for each moment. Preview 2 of them free — no account and no credit card. Create a free account to preview 6, then unlock the full set of 12 with a one-time $9.99 payment (usually $15). There is no subscription.
Do I have to pay before I see anything?
No. You answer five quick questions and read 2 finished letters straight away, for free. You only pay once you have seen the writing and know whether it sounds like the two of you.
What kind of moments do the 12 letters cover?
They are written for real moments rather than generic occasions — when she is having a hard day, when she feels unappreciated, when she is proud of you, when she misses you, and when she just needs a laugh. The set is built from what you tell us about her, so the moments match her life.
How personalized are the letters really?
Every letter is written from your answers: what you call her, the traits that feel most like her, a challenge you have watched her get through, and the things that remind her of you. Nothing is pulled from a template, so two people answering about different mothers never get the same letters.
Can I edit the letters before I give them to her?
Yes. Read through the full set after unlocking and change any wording that does not sound like you. They are your letters — the AI writes the first draft, you decide what she reads.
Is this a last-minute Mother's Day gift?
It can be. The letters are digital and arrive instantly, so there is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for. Order by May 3rd if you want everything settled well before Mother's Day.
