01About These Terms

CelebrateAlly is operated by CelebrateAlly AI Inc.. These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and CelebrateAlly AI Inc. covering your use of celebrateally.com, our tools, and any product you order.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site or place an order.

02Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or to upload photos. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You can create and preview a book without an account. An account is required to save a book and to complete a purchase, so that we can give you access to your order afterwards.

03Personalized Products

Every CelebrateAlly book is generated from the answers, names, and photos you provide, and is printed to order. You can read and edit the complete book for free before you pay.

The version you approve is the version we print. Please check names, spellings, dates, and the delivery address before ordering — after the 12 hours cancellation window a book may already be in production.

Printed books are physical products made by third-party print partners. Minor variation in color, trim, and paper between a screen preview and a printed book is normal and is not a defect.

04Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout in your local currency, and standard shipping for printed books is included. The total you approve at checkout is the total you are charged.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. We may correct pricing errors and may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

05Shipping & Refunds

Printed books typically arrive within approximately 7–10 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations, damaged or incorrect books, our satisfaction guarantee, and digital PDF refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

06Your Content & Permissions

You keep ownership of the photos, names, memories, and other content you upload. You grant us only the permission we need to process that content in order to create, preview, print, and deliver your book, and to provide customer support for your order.

By uploading a photo you confirm that:

• you are over 18;
• you have permission from the people shown in the photo to upload it; and
• if the image is of a child, you are the parent or guardian, or you have parental or guardian consent.

We do not sell your uploaded content, and we do not use your book or your photos in our marketing without asking you first.

07AI-Generated Content

CelebrateAlly stories and illustrations are generated with AI from the details you provide. Generated text and artwork vary between runs, which is why every book is shown to you in full — and is editable — before you pay.

AI can make mistakes. Please read your book before ordering; the preview you approve is what we print.

08Our Content & Your Book

The CelebrateAlly site, brand, templates, and underlying software are ours and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.

The finished book we deliver to you is yours to keep, read, gift, and print for personal, non-commercial use.

09Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CelebrateAlly to create or upload:

• content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or violent;
• images of people who have not consented, or any image of a child without parental or guardian consent;
• content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights; or
• content intended to impersonate or deceive.

You also agree not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

10Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and how to request access or deletion. It forms part of these terms.

11Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant that generated stories or illustrations will meet a particular expectation, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of CelebrateAlly or any order is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a gift not arriving in time for a particular date.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to you only to the extent permitted, and nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

12Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there have jurisdiction over any dispute — except where the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
